Idaho Code § 9-404 — Writing Need Not Be Introduced.

TITLE 9 EVIDENCE CHAPTER 4 PRIVATE WRITINGS 9-404. Writing need not be introduced. Though a writing called for by one party is produced by the other, and is thereupon inspected by the party calling for it, he is not obliged to produce it as evidence in the case.
