Idaho Code § 8-540 — Early Setting.

TITLE 8 PROVISIONAL REMEDIES IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 5 ATTACHMENTS 8-540. Early setting. In all proceedings brought under this chapter, all courts in which such actions are pending, shall, upon request of any party thereto, give such actions precedence over all other civil actions, except action to which special precedence is otherwise given by law, in the matter of setting the same for hearing or trial, or in hearing or trial thereof, to the end that all such actions shall be quickly heard and determined; provided, however, that hearing upon a motion to contest a claim of exemption or third party claim as provided in section 11-203 , Idaho Code, shall be set for a date within not less than five (5) nor more than twelve (12) days after the filing of the motion and such hearing may be continued only at the request of the defendant.
