Idaho Code § 8-211 — Discharge By Order Of Plaintiff.
TITLE 8 PROVISIONAL REMEDIES IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 2 DISCHARGE OF PERSONS IMPRISONED ON CIVIL PROCESS 8-211. Discharge by order of plaintiff. The plaintiff in the action may at any time order the prisoner to be discharged, and he is not thereafter liable to imprisonment for the same cause of action.
