Idaho Code § 74-715 — Severability.

TITLE 74 TRANSPARENT AND ETHICAL GOVERNMENT CHAPTER 7 LOBBYING DISCLOSURE 74-715. SEVERABILITY. If any provisions of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
