Idaho Code § 72-908 — Salaries, Expenses And Payment Of Same.
TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 9 STATE INSURANCE FUND 72-908. Salaries, expenses and payment of same. The salary of the manager of the state insurance fund, and the salary or compensation of employees in said fund, and all expenses incurred by said fund shall be audited and paid out of the moneys belonging to said fund.
