Idaho Code § 72-717 — Effect Of Decision By One Member Or Assigned Officer — Claim For Review.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 7 PROCEDURES 72-717. Effect of decision by one member or assigned officer — Claim for review. If the matter has been assigned for hearing by a member, hearing officer, referee, or examiner, the record of such hearing, together with the recommended findings and determination, shall be submitted to the commission for its review and decision.
