Idaho Code § 72-522 — Deposit And Investment Of Fund — Interest.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 5 INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION 72-522. Deposit and investment of fund — Interest. The state treasurer shall deposit or, on order of the commission, invest any portion of the industrial administration fund not needed for immediate or currently anticipated use, in the manner and subject to all the provisions of law respecting the depositing and investing of state funds by him. Interest earned by such portion of the fund so invested shall be collected by the state treasurer and placed to the credit of the fund.
