Idaho Code § 72-518 — Duties Of Attorney General — Representation In Court.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 5 INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION 72-518. Duties of attorney general — Representation in court. (1) In any civil action to enforce the provisions of this law, or of any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto, the commission and the state shall be represented by the attorney general, or if an action is brought in any court of any other state, by any attorney qualified to appear in the courts of that state. (2)  Any criminal action for violation of any provision of this law or of any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto shall be prosecuted by the attorney general, or, at his request and under his direction, by the prosecuting attorney of any county wherein the defendant resides or has a place of business.
