Idaho Code § 72-504 — Organization — Chairman — Secretary.
TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 5 INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION 72-504. Organization — Chairman — Secretary. The members of the commission shall select one (1) of their members as chairman, and shall select a person qualified, in the judgment of the commission, by experience and training, as secretary, who need not be a member, each of whom shall perform such duties as in this law prescribed and as the commission may from time to time direct.
