Idaho Code § 72-435 — Injurious Practices — Suspension Or Reduction Of Compensation.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 4 BENEFITS 72-435. Injurious practices — Suspension or reduction of compensation. If an injured employee persists in unsanitary or unreasonable practices which tend to imperil or retard his recovery the commission may order the compensation of such employee to be suspended or reduced.
