Idaho Code § 72-426 — The Whole Man — A Period Of Five Hundred Weeks.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 4 BENEFITS 72-426. The whole man — A period of five hundred weeks. The "whole man" for purposes of computing disability evaluation of scheduled or unscheduled permanent injury (bodily loss or losses or loss of use) for conversion to scheduled income benefits, shall be a deemed period of disability of five hundred (500) weeks.
