Idaho Code § 72-225 — Minor Employee.
TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 2 SCOPE — COVERAGE — LIABILITY 72-225. Minor employee. A minor working at an age legally permitted under the laws of this state shall be deemed sui juris for the purpose of this law, and no other person shall have any cause of action or right to compensation for an injury or occupational disease to such minor employee except as expressly provided in this law; but, in the event of a lump sum payment becoming due under this law to such minor employee, the management of the sum shall be within the jurisdiction of the courts, the same as other property of minors.
