Idaho Code § 72-1338 — Oaths And Witnesses.

TITLE 72 WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND RELATED LAWS — INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION CHAPTER 13 EMPLOYMENT SECURITY LAW 72-1338. Oaths and witnesses. The director, a member of the commission, and an appeals examiner shall have power to administer oaths and affirmations, take depositions, certify to official acts, and issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence deemed necessary in connection with a disputed claim or in the exercise of their duties.
