Idaho Code § 71-109 — Bureau Of Weights And Measures.
TITLE 71 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES CHAPTER 1 DIVISION OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES 71-109. Bureau of weights and measures. Within the department of agriculture there shall be a bureau of weights and measures. The director of the department of agriculture shall be the director of weights and measures. He shall appoint an inspection staff of weights and measures inspectors and necessary supervisory, technical and clerical personnel.
