Idaho Code § 70-506 — Exemptions — Reversion Of Fund.
TITLE 70 WATERCOURSES AND PORT DISTRICTS CHAPTER 5 OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURES 70-506. Exemptions — Reversion of fund. The appropriation herein made is expressly exempt from the provisions of section 67-3509 , and chapter 36, title 67 , Idaho Code, and shall be immediately available; provided however that upon final completion of construction of said structure all moneys in the said Priest Lake outlet control structure construction fund shall revert to the general fund.
