Idaho Code § 70-502 — Construction Commenced On Approval Of Plans And Specifications.
TITLE 70 WATERCOURSES AND PORT DISTRICTS CHAPTER 5 OUTLET CONTROL STRUCTURES 70-502. Construction commenced on approval of plans and specifications. Upon approval by the board of examiners of the plans and specifications authorized to be prepared by section 70-501 , the state reclamation engineer is hereby authorized and directed to commence construction of such outlet control structure. The provisions of section 67-2304 , Idaho Code, (as amended,) shall have no application to the provisions of this act.
