Idaho Code § 70-2212 — Debt Service Fund.
TITLE 70 WATERCOURSES AND PORT DISTRICTS CHAPTER 22 COUNTY-BASED OR CITY-BASED INTERMODAL COMMERCE AUTHORITY 70-2212. Debt service fund. An intermodal authority may create a debt service fund and accumulate therein a sum determined by the governing body, together with interest thereon, for the use, repairs, maintenance, and capital outlays of a county-based intermodal commerce authority.
