Idaho Code § 70-1208 — Commissioners — Elections After Formation.
TITLE 70 WATERCOURSES AND PORT DISTRICTS CHAPTER 12 PORT DISTRICTS — ELECTION OF PORT COMMISSIONERS 70-1208. Commissioners — Elections after formation. A general election for election of a port commissioner or commissioners and for the submission to vote of any propositions or proposals shall be held biennially in conjunction with the general county elections in the county of original formation, and at the appropriate times subject to the provisions of section 34-106 , Idaho Code, in all annexed counties.
