Idaho Code § 70-1204 — Commissioners — Commencement Of Term.
TITLE 70 WATERCOURSES AND PORT DISTRICTS CHAPTER 12 PORT DISTRICTS — ELECTION OF PORT COMMISSIONERS 70-1204. Commissioners — Commencement of term. The terms of all commissioners elected under any section of this chapter shall date from the first day in January following the general election at which they were elected, if elected at a general election, or if elected at other than a general election on the date specified in the certificate of election.
