Idaho Code § 7-917 — Court — Jurisdiction.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 9 UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT 7-917. Court — Jurisdiction. The term "court" means any court of competent jurisdiction of this state. The making of an agreement described in section 7-901 , Idaho Code, providing for arbitration in this state confers jurisdiction on the court to enforce the agreement under this act and to enter judgment on an award thereunder.
