Idaho Code § 7-906 — Representation By Attorney.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 9 UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT 7-906. Representation by attorney. A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this act. A waiver thereof prior to the proceeding or hearing is ineffective.
