Idaho Code § 7-1412 — Action By Licensing Authority.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 14 FAMILY LAW LICENSE SUSPENSIONS 7-1412. Action by licensing authority. (1) On receipt of a final order suspending a license, the licensing authority shall summarily suspend the license effective the date the order became final, without additional review or hearing. (2) A licensing authority may not review, vacate, stay, withhold or reconsider a final order suspending a license. (3) A summary suspension pursuant to this chapter shall constitute a reportable disciplinary action. (4) A licensing authority is immune from liability for any act performed pursuant to this chapter.
