Idaho Code § 7-1411 — Default.

TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 14 FAMILY LAW LICENSE SUSPENSIONS 7-1411. Default. The court or department shall deem the allegations of the petition or notice to be admitted and shall issue an order suspending a license if the licensee fails to make a timely request for a hearing or fails to appear at a hearing without good cause. The entry of the default and issuance of any subsequent order shall be pursuant to IRCP 55.
