Idaho Code § 7-1312 — Severability.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 13 JUDICIAL CONFIRMATION 7-1312. Severability. If any provisions of this act or its application to any person, political subdivision, or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons, political subdivisions or circumstances is not affected.
