Idaho Code § 7-1309 — Appeal Of Judgment — Time For Application.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 13 JUDICIAL CONFIRMATION 7-1309. Appeal of judgment — Time for application. Appeal of the judgment of the court may be had as in other civil cases, except that such appeal must be filed within forty-two (42) days after the time of the rendition of such judgment.
