Idaho Code § 7-1126 — Custody Of Children — Best Interest.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 11 PROCEEDINGS TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY 7-1126. custody of children — best interest. In any proceeding to determine custody under the provisions of this chapter, the court shall apply sections 32-717 through 32-717E , Idaho Code. However, the court shall not consider whether or not the mother or father did or did not voluntarily consent to the adoption of the child or to the relinquishment of parental rights in determining best interest of the child.
