Idaho Code § 7-1104 — Order Fixes Legal Relationships.
TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 11 PROCEEDINGS TO ESTABLISH PATERNITY 7-1104. Order fixes legal relationships. After an order of filiation has been made as herein provided, the legal status and legal relationships and the rights and obligations between a person and his descendants, and between a person and his parents, their descendants and kindred, are the same for all persons, whether or not the parents have been married.
