Idaho Code § 7-1014 — Application Of Chapter To Nonresident Subject To Personal Jurisdiction.

TITLE 7 SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 10 UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT 7-1014. Application of chapter to nonresident subject to personal jurisdiction. A tribunal of this state exercising personal jurisdiction over a nonresident in a proceeding under this chapter, under other law of this state relating to a support order, or recognizing a foreign support order may receive evidence from outside this state pursuant to section 7-1031 , Idaho Code, communicate with a tribunal outside this state pursuant to section 7-1032 , Idaho Code, and obtain discovery through a tribunal outside this state pursuant to section 7-1033 , Idaho Code. In all other respects, sections 7-1016 through 7-1058 , Idaho Code, do not apply and the tribunal shall apply the procedural and substantive law of this state.
