TITLE 69 WAREHOUSES CHAPTER 2 BONDED WAREHOUSE LAW 69-227. Examination of commodities or seed crops — Records — Publication of findings. The department is authorized to cause examination to be made of any agricultural commodity or seed crop deposited, or any record pertaining to commodities or seed crops deposited therein, in any warehouse licensed under the provisions of this chapter. Whenever, after opportunity for hearing is given to the warehouseman conducting such warehouse, it is determined that he is not performing fully the duties imposed on him by this chapter and the rules promulgated hereunder, the department may publish its findings in a local daily or weekly newspaper in the area where the warehouse is located.
