Idaho Code § 67-9901 — Short Title.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 98 [99] IDAHO CONSTITUTIONAL MONEY ACT OF 2025 67-9801 [67-9901]. SHORT TITLE. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Idaho Constitutional Money Act of 2025."
