Idaho Code § 67-912 — Official Bond.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 9 SECRETARY OF STATE 67-912. Official bond. The secretary of state must be bonded to the state of Idaho in the time, form and manner prescribed by chapter 8, title 59 , Idaho Code.
