Idaho Code § 67-8109 — Compliance Monitoring.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 81 IDAHO HOUSING TRUST FUND 67-8109. Compliance monitoring. The director shall monitor the activities of recipients of grants and loans under the provisions of this chapter to determine compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in its application or stated by the association in connection with the grant or loan.
