Idaho Code § 67-808D — Governor’S Expense Allowance.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 8 EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS — GOVERNOR AND LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR 67-808d. Governor’s expense allowance. In recognition of the duties that devolve upon the governor as the chief executive of this state, there is hereby set aside out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated from the general fund, the sum of $10,000. Such moneys shall be set aside from the general fund at the beginning of each fiscal biennium, and may be used by the governor at his discretion to assist in defraying expenses relating to or resulting from the discharge of his official duties. Such moneys shall be accounted for solely on the certificate of the governor, and the provisions of chapter 36, title 67 , Idaho Code, and section 67-3516 , Idaho Code, do not apply to such expense allowance.
