Idaho Code § 67-8004 — Short Title.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 80 REGULATORY TAKINGS 67-8004. Short title. The provisions of this chapter shall be known and cited as the "Idaho Regulatory Takings Act."
