Idaho Code § 67-7714 — Rules And Forms.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 77 BINGO AND RAFFLES 67-7714. Rules and forms. The state lottery commission is authorized to promulgate rules consistent with this act in compliance with chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code, to implement the provisions of this act and shall prescribe standardized forms for implementation of this act.
