Idaho Code § 67-7713 — Licensure Requirements.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 77 BINGO AND RAFFLES 67-7713. Licensure requirements. A charitable or nonprofit organization conducting a bingo game shall be required to obtain a license if the gross annual bingo sales are ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more. A charitable or nonprofit organization conducting a raffle shall be required to obtain a license if the maximum aggregate value of merchandise exceeds five thousand dollars ($5,000).
