Idaho Code § 67-7449 — Cap On Administrative Costs.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY 67-7449. Cap on administrative costs. During the first year of operation, administrative costs shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of lottery revenue. Thereafter, administrative costs shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of lottery revenue during any fiscal year. Advertising and promotional costs shall not exceed three and one-half percent (3 1/2%) of lottery revenue during any fiscal year.
