Idaho Code § 67-7443 — Conflict Of Interest.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY 67-7443. Conflict of interest. Members of the commission, the director, and the employees of the lottery shall not directly or indirectly, individually, or as a member of a partnership, or as a shareholder of a corporation, or as a participant in a joint venture or association with any other person, have an interest in dealing in a lottery or in the ownership or leasing of property used by or for a lottery. Any member of the commission or lottery employee who violates the provisions of this section shall be immediately removed from any position with the lottery.
