Idaho Code § 67-7415 — Sales To Persons Under The Age Of Eighteen.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 74 IDAHO STATE LOTTERY 67-7415. Sales to persons under the age of eighteen. No tickets or shares in the lottery games shall be sold by or to persons under the age of eighteen (18). In the case of lottery tickets or shares sold by lottery game retailers or their employees, such persons shall establish safeguards to help assure that such sales are not made to natural persons under the age of eighteen (18).
