Idaho Code § 67-7204 — State Departments, Agencies And Political Subdivisions To Cooperate.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 72 COMMISSION ON HISPANIC AFFAIRS 67-7204. State departments, agencies and political subdivisions to cooperate. The commission may procure information and assistance from the state or any political subdivision thereof, or any state department or agency. All agencies, officers, and political subdivisions of the state shall give the commission all relevant information and assistance on any matters of research within their knowledge or control.
