Idaho Code § 67-610 — Control Of Employees Of The Legislature.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 6 EMPLOYEES OF LEGISLATURE 67-610. Control of employees of the legislature. The selection, removal, duties and compensation of employees of the legislature shall be prescribed by the rules of the house of representatives and the senate.
