Idaho Code § 67-6004 — Power To Accept Federal Funds — Gifts.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 60 IDAHO WOMEN’S COMMISSION 67-6004. Power to accept federal funds — Gifts. The commission may accept federal funds granted by congress or executive order for all or any of the purposes of this act as well as gifts and donations from individuals and private organizations or foundations.
