Idaho Code § 67-5911 — Reprisals For Opposing Unlawful Practices.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 59 COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS 67-5911. Reprisals for opposing unlawful practices. It shall be unlawful for a person or any business entity subject to regulation by this chapter to discriminate against any individual because he or she has opposed any practice made unlawful by this chapter or because such individual has made a charge, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or litigation under this chapter.
