Idaho Code § 67-5604 — Employees.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 56 COMMISSION ON ARTS 67-5604. Employees. The commission shall employ, and at pleasure remove an executive director. The executive director shall be the chief executive officer of the commission. The director may, subject to the approval of the commission, employ and remove any consultants, experts or other employees as may be needed. The executive director shall set the compensation for all nonclassified employees within the amounts made available for such purposes.
