Idaho Code § 67-512 — Repeal Of Repealing Act.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 5 ENACTMENT AND OPERATION OF LAWS 67-512. Repeal of repealing act. No act or part of an act, repealed by another act of the legislature, is revived by the repeal of the repealing act without express words reviving such repealed act or part of an act.
