Idaho Code § 67-507 — Proposal Of Constitutional Amendments.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 5 ENACTMENT AND OPERATION OF LAWS 67-507. Proposal of constitutional amendments. Amendments to the Constitution may be proposed by joint resolution in either house of the legislature of this state, and if the same shall be voted for by two-thirds (2/3) of all the members of each of the two (2) houses, voting separately, in the manner provided by section 1, of article 20, of the Constitution, the amendment or amendments proposed shall be submitted to the electors of this state for adoption or rejection in the manner provided by the election laws of the state.
