Idaho Code § 67-5004 — Administrator — Appointment And Term.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 50 COMMISSION ON AGING 67-5004. Administrator — Appointment and term. An administrator of the Idaho commission on aging shall be appointed by the governor. The appointment shall be subject to confirmation by the senate. The administrator may be removed by the governor at will. The administrator’s compensation shall be fixed by the governor within the limits of appropriations available to the office and based upon an annual performance evaluation by the commission.
