Idaho Code § 67-4619 — Transfer Of Development Rights.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 46 PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC SITES 67-4619. Transfer of development rights. Any county or city governing body may establish procedures authorizing owners of designated historic properties to transfer development rights in such amounts and subject to such conditions as the governing body shall determine. For the purposes of this section, "development rights" are the rights granted under applicable local law respecting the permissible bulk and size of improvements erected thereon.
