Idaho Code § 67-4609 — Change In Use.
TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 46 PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC SITES 67-4609. Change in use. No change in the use of any structure of property within a designated historic district shall be permitted until after an application for a certificate of appropriateness has been submitted to and approved by the historic preservation commission. The county or city shall require such a certificate to be issued by the commission prior to the approval of any change of zoning classification within the historic district.
