Idaho Code § 67-4602 — Definitions.

TITLE 67 STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS CHAPTER 46 PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC SITES 67-4602. Definitions. As used in this act: a.  "Historic property" shall mean any building, structure, area or site that is significant in the history, architecture, archeology or culture of this state, its communities or the nation. b.  "Historic preservation" shall mean the research, protection, restoration and rehabilitation of buildings, structures, objects, districts, areas, and sites significant in the history, architecture, archeology or culture of this state, its communities or the nation.
